Rough seas again today although I think by now we’re actually getting used to them. It’s not the side-to-side rolling, but every now and then the ship drops into a trough of water at the bow and it pitches back to front. These are the ones you can’t get used to. I decided today that I would update the general progress of the trip. The map likely needs to be viewed full-size to be legible. Each day at sea my mother gets the GPS co-ordinates and we track day to day (that’s why turns look sharper). Coming in and out of ports I estimate the track – the same with the drive on the way down. It’s also 30 days since we left Canada so it seemed like a good point to do this.
