Well, after lots of discussion we ended up staying on board today. We came in late last night and it was dark, raining and miserable. This morning dawned with some actual sun, which was nice. The day was spent watching the unloading and the unbelievable traffic on the Huangpu River. Tomorrow's sail time has changed a couple of times. Originally it was early afternoon. At lunch the captain was told he could get a pilot at 9am tomorrow or 10pm. From the looks of the traffic this may have something to do with the flow of the other ships. Tonight at dinner he confirmed that we would leave tomorrow at 10pm. The plans for tomorrow are to just walk out to the outer gate and take a quick look around. The supercargo says there is pretty much nothing of interest, but if nothing else this will get us off the ship for a little bit. I'll take the website updates just in case.
