Day 93 - Unloading

Sailing out of Shanghai was only just a little more chaotic than coming in. I was a little surprised when we came away from the wharf that we came stern first, although it was probably easier to make our getaway that way. I'm actually surprised that that constant river traffic slowed down enough to let us out. We both had the impression it's a lot like the QEW highway during rush hour. So using that analogy it's like trying to get a transport truck turned around to face the other way! We're just over a day's sail from pilot station to pilot station so that should get us into Dalian by Friday morning. I hear there's not much to see in Dalian so I'm hoping perhaps a seaman's mission might prove the best plan.
